Service Description

What you can expect: We work with an issue or concern (be it mental, physical and/or emotional) in the body. Each session includes embodied relaxation, breathwork and the use of active imagination.  For one desiring to dive deep into their personal healing, gain intuitive skills and/or learn shamanic journeying tools. You might seek this knowledge to help you through a challenging time, to launch big personal change and/or for your own teaching work. We will work together, using our bodies: the physical, emotional and energetic to uncover, unravel, transform and heal whatever issue you are working with. You will leave session with embodied and energetic tools to continue your personal exploration and growth. Prior to session: Please have water and tissues with you.

Cancellation Policy

For all private sessions: cancel or reschedule please provide 48 hours notice for refund. For best results, it is recommended to refrain from alcohol or other altering substances at least 24 hours before session. If possible give yourself a little time before and/or after session to go outside or lie down on ground. Have water to drink and tissues available.
